2. Eligibility for Refunds

A full refund will be issued if:

The event cannot be conducted due to organizational or technical reasons
Refunds in this case are 100% of the registration fee.
2.2 Duplicate or Accidental Payment
A full refund will be provided if:

The participant is charged twice for the same event -

2.3 Payment Deducted, Registration Not Confirmed
If your payment is successful but:

Your registration does not reflect in our records -
A system error occurred during the transaction
A refund will be issued after internal verification.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

The time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. -
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of registration.
6. Payment Gateway Charges and Bank Fees

7. Event Postponement or Schedule Changes

refunds may be issued only if the participant cannot attend the new schedule and requests a refund within the allowed time.
